Module 01

Module 1: Self-Rescue & Diver Stress Management

Master psychological stress recognition, cramp relief, vertigo recovery, airway management, and out-of-air self-reliance underwater.

  • Psychological panic prevention & breathing control

  • Emergency weight drop & oral buoyancy inflation
  • Entanglement and current management
Module 02

Module 2: Rescuing Panicked & Unresponsive Divers

Learn approaches, escapes, surface tows, in-water rescue breathing, and controlled emergency ascents for distressed or unconscious divers.

  • Panicked diver approaches, releases & escapes
  • In-water pocket mask rescue breaths while swimming to boat
  • Equipment strip during active surface resuscitation
  • Surfacing unresponsive divers safely from depth
Module 03

Module 3: Missing Diver Searches & Oxygen Administration

Conduct structured underwater search grids (expanding square, U-pattern, contour sweep) and provide 100% emergency oxygen.

  • First aid for decompression sickness and lung overexpansion
